Words of Comfort and Encouragement to those Discouraged
“When You Reach The End Of Your Rope, Tie A Knot In It And Hang On.”Franklin D. Roosevelt
You may have found yourself in a big financial hole or even great difficulty that you are just trying to survive. Discouragement kicks in, tears in your eyes, having next to nothing for yourself and for some people that look to you. The fear, the hopelessness, and above all, the loneliness.
Do not despair, your story is just like one of many who started where you are right now and were able to come out of that circle and make something of themselves in this life. Many look to start a business or get a job that will give them all they want in the shortest period of time. But the truth is only a few people get it like that. Some of us have to wait longer and push harder. You may say life is not fair but that statement has never put food on anyone’s plate.
Make your Move
Survival should not be the only thing in your head but you must have a plan. You must have at least a direction and no matter how mixed up and short your ideas may be, start moving and putting something down in the direction of your dream. Understand that the path will be getting clear as you move.
Do not wallow in self-pity or blame others for your misfortune. Start something that God can bless even if it is an idea that you need support, go for it. Do not live for survival alone. There are many small things you can start doing today bringing meaning, joy, and laughter back to you.
