Comfort Words for Sick Person
“For every ailment under the sun, There is a remedy, or there is none, If there be one, try to find it; If there be none, never mind it.”
W.W. Bartley
Life can be cruel. Sicknesses can come in any way. i.e accident, carelessness, rape, emotional breakdown, and so on. Nobody intentionally wishes sickness on him/herself.
It’s a part of life and can happen to anyone. Don’t blame yourself for the misfortune. Don’t be discouraged and give up. You should acknowledge what has happened and try to move forward from there.
Sometimes things can be so terrible that you can’t even see a way out. Pain all the time, no rest, nothing seems to be working. You even wished for death so you can have some relief.
Some people do not even help matters. When they go to visit the sick, they panic, breakdown and end up discouraging the person instead of helping with prayers and words of encouragement
Words of Encouragement
Have faith that this also will pass don’t give in to the doctor’s report of doom all the time. Many went on to recovery and are now healthy despite what the doctors said.
Use the opportunity and spend time with your loved ones and let them help you in any way they can. Take your medications and stay positive.
Put on a smile and create sweet memories for we all will die one day but not before we leave our mark in the sands of time.
Take comfort for it is going to be well with you
